Sorry for the delay on posting the 3 week video. Last week was pretty hectic, but here it is at long last.

The chickens are around 4 weeks old now, meaning we’ve had them for the past 3 weeks. In just a couple more weeks they’ll be ready to make the transition to their chicken coop in the back yard. We’re racing to get the enclosure around the coop complete before they need to be relocated.

This is a nice little vid of my latest adventure, getting pet chickens. Surprisingly, chickens are very clean, although one got sick. Poor little Esther may not make it through the night. : (

Here’s a clip of our adorable little babies. They’re a mixed breed of Easter Eggers and should lay colored eggs once they’re full grown. I’ll update with other videos as they grow older so feel free to follow along on the path from cute, fuzzy babies to full-grown egg layers.
