I am sure rooster’s aren’t allowed, but if I wanted 3-4 hens in my back yard is that allowed… or do you know who i contact to find out? Thanks!

I love pet chickens, but dont even know what country you are in…
call your local city hall or by-law department on Monday..

The ordinance states that you cannot have any fowl running loose within the city.
You can go to there website and read all about it.At least for the City of Ballwin.These two communities have become pretty uppity in what you can and cannot do.
